- on the bottom part -the inscription „50 LEI”;
- in exergue– the inscription „REPUBLICA MOLDOVA” is engraved in block letters.
Reverse
- in the center - the effigy of Mikhail Berezovschi, the image of a church and a sheet music;
- on the upper part, in exergue, are engraved the inscriptions "MIHAIL BEREZOVSCHI" and the years of life "1868-1940".
