Obverse
A relief image of the Emblem of the Bank of Russia - a two-headed eagle with wings down, and a semicircular inscription under it "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA). There are inscriptions: a mint trademark, the denomination of the coin "ОДИН РУБЛЬ" (ONE RUBLE) along the circumference on top and the year of issue "2014" at the bottom under a line divided by a dot in the middle
Reverse
The reverse side of the coin bears a relief image of the symbol of the Rouble. There is also an inscription "РУБЛЬ" (RUBLE) and stylized plant ornament in the form of a bent twig with intertwined stems.
