On the mirror field of the disc – the depiction of the Big Emblem of the Ministry of Civil Defense Emergencies and Natural Disaster Response of the Russian Federation (Emergency Ministry of Russia), below along the rim – the inscription: "МЧС РОССИИ" (EMERGENCY MINISTRY OF RUSSIA).
