Obverse
The obverse side of the coin bears a relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation. There are inscriptions: “РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ” (RUSSIAN FEDERATION), “БАНК РОССИИ” (BANK OF RUSSIA), the denomination of the coin - “25 РУБЛЕЙ” (25 ROUBLES) and the year - “2017”, an indication of the metal according to the D.I. Mendeleyev Periodic System of Elements, purity, trade mark of the Moscow mint and fine precious metal content.
Reverse
The relief images of a portrait of the architect Vincenzo Brenna and Mikhailovsky Palace in Saint Petersburg, an image of a capital performed in colour on the right. There is an inscription “ВИНЧЕНЦО БРЕННА” (VINCENZO BRENNA) under the portrait.
