In the center — the picture of the launching the space ship «VOSTOK», to the left — the portrait of Yu.A. Gagarin wearing a space suit, to the right — the globe with the flight trajectory trough the near-earth orbit, over it — stylized pictures of the sun and constellations of Maiden, Dog, Swan, Pegasus, the inscription at the top along the rim: «40 -ЛЕТИЕ ПЕРВОГО ПОЛЁТА ЧЕЛОВЕКА В КОСМОС» (THE 40TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FIRST SPACE FLIGHT OF THE HUMAN BEING), at the bottom — space stations.
