At the top in the inner circle is an iconographic image of the Holy Prince Vladimir, and in a circle the inscription: 1000-ЛЕТИЕ ПРЕСТАВЛЕНИЯ СВЯТОГО РАВНОАПОСТОЛЬНОГО КНЯЗЯ ВЛАДИМИРА (1000th Anniversary of the repose of the Holy Prince Vladimir); under him in a circle - the stylized image of the Orthodox churches.
