"The Sower" sowing stars, adapted from the Slovenian Impressionist painter Ivan Grohar (1967-1911), is encircled by the twelve stars of Europe alternated with the letters of the word "SLOVENIJA" (Slovenia).
Reverse
A globe, next to the facial value, shows Europe in relation to Africa and Asia.
