In the center – relief of Mahilyow’s panorama from an engraving of 18th century; on the top left–hand side – relief of the Coat of Arms of Mahilyow; inscriptions along the rim – at the top "МАГІЛЁЎ" (MAHILYOW) and at the bottom "ГАРАДЫ БЕЛАРУСI" (BELARUSIAN CITIES).
