Description:
Obverse
There is depicted a chestnut inflorescence against the background of the Kyiv panorama (on the right). Above there is the small National Emblem of Ukraine, under which there is the inscription: УКРАЇНА (Ukraine), on the left against the smooth background: НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК (National Bank), the coin issue year - 2006; on the German silver coin: ДВІ ГРИВНІ (2 Hryvnias). On the coin there is also the logotype of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Reverse
On the coin reverse there is depicted a portrait of Dmytro Lutsenko, on the right from which there are two chestnut inflorescences and conventionalized inscriptions: с. Березова Рудка 1921 - Київ 1989 (Beresova Rudka 1921 - Kyiv 1989); around the coin circumference it is inscribed: ЯК ТЕБЕ НЕ ЛЮБИТИ, КИЄВЕ МІЙ! (One can not but love you, my Kyiv !)
