A Scythian plate which decorated a female headdress at center; Scythian animal style depictions and the commemorative inscription on the ring.
Reverse
Symbolic wheel of history with a falcon sitting on it, underneath it there is depicted a snake at coin center; a Scythian warrior with a bowl in his hand on the left, and a Scythian queen holding a mirror on the right along National Emblem, face value, country name and year of issue are depicted on the ring.
