Description:
Obverse
The obverse of the coin carries gilded logo of the Bulgarian National Bank and the year „1879”, inscribed on the ribbon. The text ‘БЪЛГАРСКА НАРОДНА БАНКА’ (BULGARIAN NATIONAL BANK), the denomination of the coin ‘10 ЛЕВА’ (10 LEVS) and the year of issue ‘2005’ are arranged in circumference.
Reverse
The reverse of the coin features gilded gold mask of the Thracian ruler from the ‘Svetitsata’ mound dating from the end of Vth century B.C., and in circumference on the outer ring – the inscription ‘СЪКРОВИЩАТА НА БЪЛГАРИЯ’ (THE TREASURES OF BULGARIA).
