The picture of two biathlonists - one skiing and the other firing a rifle, in the background - the snow-covered top of Fudjiyama. The inscription at the top along the rim: "ЗИМНИЕ ОЛИМПИЙСКИЕ ИГРЫ 98" (THE 1998 WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES), below - the inscription "НАГАНО" (NAGANO).
