Description:
Obverse
On the obverse there are: above the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine with the semicircular inscription Національний банк України (National Bank of Ukraine); in the center there is the conventionalized composition: against the background of the printed circuit board of a micromodule there is depicted the Mir space station complex; to the right there is the coin issue year indication 2014, to the left - the mark of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint, below there is the coin face value 2 ГРИВНІ (2 hryvnias).
Reverse
On the reverse there are Volodymyr Serhieiev`s portrait, an image of the reusable launch space system Energia-Buran, the semicircular inscription ВОЛОДИМИР СЕРГЄЄВ (Volodymyr Serhieiev) to the left and indication of the years of his life 1914/2009 to the right.
