The coin features a fragment from the Kostur insurgents’ flag: a wreath with two female figures with a flag, a lion couchant at their feet, with the inscription ‘БЪЛГАРСКА НАРОДНА БАНКА’ (Bulgarian National Bank), ‘10 ЛЕВА’ (BGN 10), ‘2013’ and the BNB logo with the year 1879 on the strip inscribed in circumference.
Reverse
The coin features a bell symbolising national awakening with the year ‘1903’ on it, with the inscription ‘110 ГОДИНИ ОТ ИЛИНДЕНСКО-ПРЕОБРАЖЕНСКОТО ВЪСТАНИЕ’ (110th Anniversary of the Ilinden-Preobrazhenie Uprising) inscribed in circumference.
